A prominent shaman amongst the Steppe, he also is seen regularly within Quanshuiguo and harbors an oddly-strong friendship with the owner.

Naeuri Hikari [Here for Snacks]

A future supreme-star-dictator, she is the daughter of the owner, being all of fourteen-summers-old. Don't let her age fool you; she's quick-witted, and will steal your chocolate if you're not looking!
